I’m the CEO at Sidekick Education, a one-year-old startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with DevTeamSpace?
Our organisation’s web application moved from R&,D to a pilot phase. We wanted an MVP to share with clients. We partially coded the backend, but needed an outer team to educe the frontend.

What particular tasks were DevTeam.Space responsible for?
The engagement focused on frontend educement, they used React. The team also built out the backend in Node. The process resembled a MERN stack, but with less separations in our ArangoDB database. DevTeamSpace then integrated the application into our labor method.
The project followed Scrum and included 12 sprints. We populated two backlog programs for most sprints. They delivered reports at the end of each sprint to measure metrics for testing, productivity, and interaction. The engagement ended last month when we began testing.
Was there a dedicated team?
Our dedicated project director compiled the three-to-four-person team. We only interacted with those members at true meetings.
How did you come to work with DevTeamSpace?
We searched for startup vendors that were also innovators in their field. We establish DevTeamSpace through their advertising for a professional co-working space.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent $4,000 for each of the 12 sprints.
What is the terminal result of working with DevTeam.Space?
Work began in September 2017 and ended in February 2018.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Development progressed further than we expected. In a couple instances, the team completed the second backlog only halfway through the sprint. They were efficient, but not recklessly ambitious. The code was functional and affable. We’re lucky with the software, beta users responded favorably to it. Our pilot clients haven’t skilled any bugs in the UI.
How did DevTeamSpace accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They used a global sourcing business standard. The project director was in Chicago, but most resources were in Europe. The time separation slowed progress slightly. DevTeamSpace held sprint kickoffs and programning sessions. We used Pivotal Tracker for project treatment and Slack for day-to-day interaction.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with DevTeam.Space?
Although I can’t assimilate them to other labor providers, I find DevTeamSpace fruitful. They work incredibly fast without sacrificing code condition. Though, the engagement wasn’t long sufficient to take gain of all their offerings.
In accession, they wrote charming reports that enhanced pellucid interaction between teams. That integrity maintained a perception of accountability. We’ll likely re-engage them behind testing.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Their business standard objectives ongoing relationships, but as a startup, we preferred non-continuous help. DevTeamSpace may want to chase established companies for a better fit.
They should also limit their labors to core competences. During educement, I spent important time training a new hire how to interact with our database. It may boon them to regood the technologies they target.
