I',m the vice chairman of membership and marketing for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). We',re a 33,000-member structure dedicated to education, fundraising, and humanity with five chapters almost the globe.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Currently, Direct Answer handles our online store, including purchasing through fulfillment and client support through both phone and email. They handle the backend and frontend of our bookstore, along with order requests. They also do some project mailings and print requests.
Was there a dedicated team?
Four of five of their staff works on our bookstore and in fulfillment.

We',ve been working with them for a long time, so I',m not sure how we establish them originally.

The feedback we',ve gotten from members who',ve interacted with them has been very real. Their client labor has helped our retention efforts and growth. There',s never been a denying contact as a result of any of their work.

It',s been easy to work with them. They',ve known us for a long time, so they',re very household with how we act and present ourselves to our members.
They prepare customized monthly reports for our staff, which are used for different departments internally. They',re big almost tailoring their delivery and interactions with different teams within our structure.
Our relationship with them continues to be powerful. They',re always looking at ways to help us grow and accomplish our goals.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
I',m most impressed by the level of labor they prepare. I ponder of them as part of our own team.
