Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the CEO of Modus Cooperandi. We are authors and business consultants.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Dizzain?

We wanted to create a method to allow distributed nation to make intricate determinations unitedly. The method needed to allow 6-600 nation to come unitedly and apprehend all they needed to make a determination almost (e.g. all of the filters and perspectives true to make the determination). Then, they needed to verity make the determination.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were Dizzain responsible for?

The complete basis of my business is creating easy methods for nation in response to intricate challenges. Dizzain helped to convey our concept into the technical kingdom of an app.

What is the team compound?
The bulk of their developers were in Belarus. Alex (Founder &, CEO) is in the Bay Area, Natalia (Project Manager) is in Belarus.

How did you come to work with Dizzain?

My ruler of the fruit had worked straightly with the team separate times in antecedent incarnations of his course. So, when I said I wanted to do this weird, private, difficult-to-apprehend project, he suggested calling them.

How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested almost $77,000.

What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in November of 2018, and the leading Alpha rendering of it wrapped up in July of 2019. Since then, we’ve made less revisions. We’re almost to go back to do an Alpha to Beta jump.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

For our cash outlay, we’ve accepted a terrible quantity of value that far outstrips the quantity we’ve paid.

We formed a union with PSU that has already began, and they’re writing grants. So, we’ve been able to use the fruit to form strategic unions with major institutions.

Also, the alpha testing circular led to some biger proceeds on my side owing some of our larger consulting clients saw what we were trying to do. We used the method to program out the determination making for the largest composition organisation in the US. It helped program how they would feel the altitude of the composition period.

Now, we’re using the commencements of the beta solution to program what we’ll do now that all the composition websites have been shut down. We’re also using it to program what will happen when everyone starts to drip back to work. It’s been veritably helpful for that.

How did Dizzain accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?

It was ridiculously powerful. Natalia and Alex are excellent interactors. They are clear and creative at the same time. They could have just been hired to be developers. But, they cared sufficient almost us and what we were edifice to make sure they were providing good input. When we had converses as a team, they would always share, even if we weren’t talking almost outgrowth.

During the project, we used Asana tickets and Slack to adjoin straightly with our developers. We used tone and video chat to adjoin with Alex, Matt, and Natalia.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Dizzain?

Right from the commencement, the team was interested in the aim of work that we’d given them. They went away, talked almost it, and they read up on psychology. They came back with enhancements to what we had already discussed that were deeply careful, attentive, and strangely beautiful.

I care deeply almost condition work. I take big enjoyment in condition work when it’s done, and I get irritable when it isn’t done. Working with them has been a enjoyment. I’ve never had to harass almost the condition of their work. They’ve never signed themselves up for an overly aggressive timeline that would compromise condition.

When we suggested we’d like a true delivery by a true date, they always figured out what the highest condition deliverable would be by that date instead of trying to do all and disappointing everyone. That is the hallmark of a professional structure, and I wouldn’t say these things lightly.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I could have been less busy and more attentive to when they needed things. They were verity going faster than I was. Their fruition was outstripping my power to support that fruition.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

Always be ready to have a detailed converse almost what you want to have built. Then, take their recommendations seriously. Also, when I give someone a task, I typically create out a program for that task. I appreciated that they would tell me, “this is going to take a pliant bit longer, or you’ve put too much time over here.” So, handle them like a associate and not a handyman.
