Introductory information

A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation

I’m the chief fruit official at DriveWealth. We prepare brokerage infrastructure for companies that want to create apps or websites that interact with the stockmarket. My role is working with associates to determine how to prepare the optimal developer experience for teams to create fruits efficiently.

Desired goal

What challenge were you trying to address with Dogtown Media?

We needed a associate to create a full-stock solution that combines infrastructure and APIs to emfaculty companies that aren’t in the brokerage space or want to revamp their investment experience to do so in a brief timeframe. We prepare APIs and other server mechanisms for accomplishing brokerage operations like aperture or funding accounts. We wanted to prepare a frontend that clients could interact with. This would allow companies that didn’t have developer space to have a digital nearness by buying into a fruit that would give them seething they need to go to market with an investment app right away.

Provided solution

What particular tasks were responsible for?

Dogtown Media developed a indigenous investment app for both iOS and Android devices that could be colorless labeled and modified on a per-part basis. They managed the design, UX, and programming working from single wireframes that delineation the functionality we expected. We also prepared some yielding support to fix that data is shown in true ways and disclosures are prepared onscreen.

Investors can easily and fastly open an investment account and collate the certain information to form their investment profile within just a few minutes. We faculty the account while investment advisors can control trading in the accounts and value client needs. We built it for a specific associate but now have programs to form a colorless-label rendering and use it with other clients that have correspondent needs.

What is the team compound?

I worked straightly with one project director, their CTO, and two developers.

How did you come to work with Dogtown Media?

We had interacted with them on antecedent projects and spoken with them almost edifice out the colorless-label, client-experience app in the past. When we terminally had a client that we reflection would be interested, we determined to go forward and associate with them.

What is the terminal result of working with ?

We worked unitedly from September–December 2018.

Results achieved

Are there any measureable or plum results?

We haven’t launched the app yet. We were able to disseminate it with our inner developers for them to determine if there were any UI or yielding issues when presenting the data or anything that didn’t properly interact with our APIs. That made it easy for us to fix that they were on the right track throughout the experience.

How did Dogtown Media accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?

They worked on two-week sprints and delivered a new create at the end of each one. They were very interactive almost where they were along the way. Their project director was open to getting developers from both sides into open conversations. Our dicsussions—mainly via Skype calls—typically implicated our migration engineer, app developer, and me, as well as one or two of their developers. It was much more efficient than just speaking from one project director to another almost timelines and delivery. They use a bug tracking software that they gave us some visibility to, so we could see what was being worked on and what was completed. There are always bugs with see project, but the process of being able to work things out unitedly was very helpful and made sure the artistic fruit worked properly.

What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

I would repeat that the interaction was living to us. I surely appreciated it.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?

I only wish they were located closer to us.

Do you have any advice for possible clients?

I ponder the way that we handled getting a lot of nation in the room at the same time was lucky. Whether for customary meetings or to troubleshoot, being able to hash things out by talking straightly to their developers allowed us to expedite the process.
