We’re a facilities treatment organisation named Hi-spec Facilities Services Ltd. I’m the IT and methods ruler.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Doyenhub Software Solutions?
We needed outgrowth for our inner method. We were having issues with paperwork, such as filing, tracing, looking for information, and care up to date with all. We needed a method that would allow us to handle all our interactions innerly and externally with our clients.

What was the aim of their involvement?
The main purpose of the method is to be online and have up-to-date reports. I’m the constructor or designer of our web method, while they educe the technical side of the method. I yield requests, drawings, and examples of what I want and how I want it to work, then they execute it and liberate the results.
They began very little and then it educeed from there, using PHP and MySQL for the database.
Was there a dedicated team?
Initially, we had one educeer and now we have two. Next year, we’re looking at scaling up to four educeers.

We began working with them in April 2017 and the relationship is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The method is currently used by our clients, as well as innerly by our handlers. It’s fully changed the way we work, and we’ve gotten veritably real feedback from our clients. It seems like everyone is lucky with it. Our clients esteem having the reports there when they need them. The method itself is easy to navigate, easy to fetch information from, and easy to interact with.
Bugs and glitches are part of outgrowth, and even now we do find little bugs here and there. Though, in general, the liberatey of the method is good, and they spent time testing and solving issues.
How did Doyenhub Software Solutions accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project treatment is top class. We use an online tool to adjoin, so if we find a issue or a bug, we report it and they resolve it direct away. We have a project handler who is flashing and adjoin three or four times a week. They came to see us here in the U.K., and it has been big so far.
They’re always useful on Skype, email, or the project treatment method. If there are any issues that arise, I would talk to the project handler, but I haven’t had any major issues during the engagement.

Their power to execute precisely what I’m looking for has been forcible. When I began with them, I wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to do it—or even if it was practicable. After giving them different tasks, I soon realized that all is practicable with them. What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They do more than other companies—I don’t ponder they could do any more for us.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Know precisely what you want. Any organisation can liberate a solution, but if a client knows what they want, it’s more likely that their anticipateations will be met. I would always admonish deciding what you need and giving very clear instructions. You will surely get the result you anticipate with Doyenhub if you do that.
