I’m the CEO of Facet Interactive. We’re a digital strategy and process consulting firm and we also work in the Enterprise Drupal space.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Drupal Connect?
We needed to migrate a client’s website from a Drupal Ubercart platform to a Drupal Commerce platform.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
In accession to the e-commerce platform migration, the team built out accessional features and granted infrastructure support. They also created a reporting method to support the third-party’s annex program. Following all of the technical work, Drupal Connect granted accomplishment tuning, fixed bugs, and made improvements and design changes as needed for two years.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked with the ruler of digital solutions, who acted as our project director. We also interacted with an e-commerce developer and a senior developer.
How did you come to work with Drupal Connect?
As a digital agency, we have a network of associates that we generally look to when we need to staff a project. Using our client’s requirements, we created a request for offer (RFP) and presented it to five of our associates. We relayed those bids to our end-client, along with portfolio examples, and explained our past experience with each associate. Our clients narrowed it down to two agencies, then ultimately chose Drupal Connect owing they were located in the United States and they had experience in the American loveliness products activity. They also impressed our end-client with their knowledge of the project’s aim and goals.
What are you access expents (if diclosed)?
In total, we spent about $120,000 on this project.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We worked unitedly from November 2015–January 2017.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Following a smooth migration, they helped our end-client propel their new cosmetic products. Within 8 hours, they sold over 4,000 units. We also esteemd their willingness to make accomplishment tweaks following the website’s propel.
How did Drupal Connect accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Drupal Connect showed very forcible inner interaction experiences, which veritably benefitted the project. What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Personally, I ponder they should switch their preferred project treatment tool from Teamwork. That isn’t a critique of their treatment phraseology, I just don’t like that piece of software. Aside from that, we sometimes had to review and refactor some of their work owing it wasn’t precisely what the client was looking for. Our client’s esteemd Drupal Connect’s hands-on access so that they could prepare their own feedback, but it did result in some accessional back and forth.
Any advice for possible clients?
I commend clients have a powerful knowledge of their aim so they know where to set the associateship. I also admonish that they program forward so that they can help Drupal Connect prioritize their work throughout the engagement.
