Mr. Hollenbach is President and CEO of DSoft Technology. David graduated from the US Air Force Academy in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Mechanics and later received his Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He has worked on a variety of systems engineering and IT projects throughout his career. His domain experience ranges from work on military civil and commercial space-related projects as an engineer/analyst and military operations planner and operator to ecommerce projects as a systems engineer and project manager. He is a service-disabled veteran.
Mr. McClung is Vice President Defense Sector Operations at DSoft Technology. Sean graduated from Warrington College at the University of Florida in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science degree and later received his Masters degree in International Relations / Strategic Studies from International University London England. Sean spent his 28-year Air Force career in the field of space operations with his last military assignment at Maxwell AFB Alabama as Director of the National Space Studies Center in 2010. Sean brings years of experience in commercial civil and joint military systems development planning and operations and has served in senior management of several companies in the space industry. He is a service-disabled veteran.
Mr. Chapman is the Director of Business Operations at DSoft Technology Engineering and Analysis. He graduated from Mount Olive College in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. He completed is graduate degree in Computer Systems at the University of Montana in 1993. Michael has military operations experience as a nuclear missile crew launch officer for Minuteman II and Minuteman III weapon systems at Malmstrom Air Force Base. Additionally he served as the database design team chief (J654) at USSTRATCOM for all nuclear applications. Follow on assignments included a tour as a lead modeling engineer for Extended Air Defense Modeling and Simulation (EADSIM) activities conducting independent analysis for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). Michael also served as Deputy Director Information Management and Analysis Group Program Analysis and Evaluation at OSD. Since retirement Michael has worked commercial technology projects holding various leadership roles including his latest as the SVP of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud Platform.
Mr. Matthews is the Senior Program Manager for DSoft Technology support to civil commercial and non-profit organizations. Prior to joining DSoft Technology in 2018 he managed applications development for several Colorado state agencies as a senior leader within the Governors Office of Information Technology where he assessed service gaps determined root causes and developed a strategic roadmap to efficiently align IT resources along business functions for improved service delivery at eight departments. After graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point he served for 20 years as an Army officer in tactical infantry and aviation units in Iraq Korea and the homeland. His multi-service experience includes four Office of the Secretary of Defense joint test and evaluation projects. Mr. Matthews is a service-disabled Veteran and is professionally certified in project management systems engineering knowledge management ITIL and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
