I’m the ruler of Distance Learning Providers, a medical educational labors preparer for the pharmaceutical tech activity. We connect healthcare preparers with each other in a peer-to-peer environment and handle the logistics thereof, including faculties of key conviction leaders within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. What challenge were you trying to address with EIGHT25MOBILE?
We liberate our labors to the pharmaceutical representatives’ sales power. They access clients in their own territories to propose peer-to-peer learning opportunities for the brands they’re marketing.
We maintain a website and gate for our sales power representatives where they can invade their requests for the educational programs, and we also have a website that schedules faculty and experts to conduct these programs. There’s a website which handles the program, using all types of platforms.
We accessed EIGHT25 to form an iPad application which sales power representatives could use. This activity is very compliant and rules-driven, so these things must be enpowerd in meetings. We wanted a organisation that would apprehend and be able to create an app to handle this process.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We leading gave them aggressive parameters for the budget and timeline, and then brainstormed ideas of how we could create the app. We didn’t want to include see practicable component we have on our website owing there would be too much detail. We brought in our activity, fruit, and labor expertise, and EIGHT25 brought in how we could package mobile technology elements in that space—specifically iPad app technology.
They were responsible for both frontend and backend outgrowth. We’ll market the app once it’s done and we’ve approved it, so that labor isn’t included. We’re a B2B standard, so we don’t veritably have to market the fruit owing we already have clients using the website.
EIGHT25 was responsible for the visuals and backend, so they began with drawing out the visuals. They had some kind of tool they used where they could copy the real website with PSD [Photoshop data] files. We knew how the app would be linked and the visuals we were using, so once we were lucky with the mockups, they began coding.

The key individual we worked with was Rahan [CEO, EIGHT25]. They participated in most of the brainstorming. After that, there was a project handler assigned to our project named Michael, and he became the main touch. There were other team members who were developing the app, but we didn’t interact with them.
How did you come to work with EIGHT25MOBILE?
We built an app with them 5–6 years ago that was specific to our client, so we had a preceding relationship. One of my colleagues originally recommended them.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
This project began in November 2016, and the work is ongoing owing we’re making some harmonizements.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
There are a few bugs that we’re quiet working out. The developed propel has been pushed to January owing the client didn’t want true things due to yielding and rule. I’m hoping to terminalize all the bugs within a week or two.
We’ve showed the app to the client, and although we’re not gaining any new market share, it does help with fidelity and retaining clients. In the forthcoming, as we market for more clients, we can share with them the tools we have to earn additional business.
How did EIGHT25MOBILE accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
They were good. Michael was very answering, clear, and kind with changes. If anything was over aim, he would enlighten us.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
A lot of the widgets and tools are known by coders and developers, but EIGHT25 brought some creative solutions and accesses to create what we needed. The brainstorming session was one of their forces.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
They are a little entrepreneurial organisation, so they are sometimes constrained due to the projects they have. There are times when the condition of project handlement, follow-up, etc. are not congruous, and they tend to waver. They have good project handlement processes in locate, but they get overloaded at times, and it causes a gliding.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
