Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m the executive ruler at Lindenhurst Park District.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with ePageCity?
We wanted to modernize our outdated website to better its security and make it mobile/tablet well-inclined. We also wanted to instrument a new registration software through the website, so we turned to ePageCity to help us navigate the process.
Provided solution
What was the aim of their implicatement?
ePageCity helped us explore options to update our website. We worked with an overall director who posed two directions: a complete revamp or a retrofit. The latter would implicate moving the website to a WordPress method without doing a full revamp.
Once we determined to go with a retrofit, they walked us through our different options, taking note of what we liked or didn’t like and seeing how elements from their past work could fit our purposes.
The team then organized the retrofit for our website. They sent over a preview of the betterd show—which was now mobile- and tablet-well-inclined—and began to migrate our full from our legacy method. The project director also worked straightly with our registration organisation to fix that they instrumented the software correctly.
After a few less changes, we approved the terminal website, and they got it up and running.
What is the team compound?
I’d worked with two main points of touch, but I’m sure there were others working in the background.
How did you come to work with ePageCity?
They’d verity designed our antecedent repetition in 2009, but I don’t know how we establish them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent almost $9,500 on this project.
What is the terminal result of working with ePageCity?
This project lasted from May–July 2019.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We just went live in August 2019, so we don’t have much outer feedback yet. Though, our inner staff has been pleased with the retrofitting. Since we’re using WordPress, now, it’s been extremely easy for us to pick up, and we’re all snug with the method.
The website itself is mobile- and tablet-responsive, and it’s a lot easier to navigate than precedently. While we didn’t get to do a complete revamp, I’m looking advanced to doing a new design 3–5 years in the forthcoming.
How did ePageCity accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They did very well. Whenever I needed to adjoin with them or vice versa, they were always useful. We’d coordinate through phone calls, emails, and screen sharing tutorials.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ePageCity?
They were able to do what we needed them to do, and all worked out in a fairly brief time of time. They met our deadline, were on top of the project, and adjoind all as far as our options and how to use the website.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
No, we got what we expected, which was a good thing.
