I superintend marketing and interaction for South Dakota State University.

What challenge were you trying to address with Epicosity?
We wanted help marketing to prospective students, as well as for enrollment and retention. We also wanted help with overall brand awareness of the University.

What particular tasks were Epicosity responsible for?
Typically, higher education uses transmitted open relations and marketing. Epicosity was brought on owing of their expertise in digital media and digital strategy. They help us to unite demographics and track prospective students. In provisions of marketing, the objectives range from sophomores in high school up until they enroll in college. Epicosity is working on a difference of new campaigns as we head into next academic year. A big campaign for us is trying to extend admitted students in order to get them to enroll. They also target students that are looking to convey and man learners.

I work with an account ruler and a digital ruler.
How did you come to work with Epicosity?
As a open institution, we had to go through an extensive RFP process. We put a bid out for the services and asked faculty and students to sit on a review committee. They selected three terminalists to liberate presentations. Epicosity was the clear winner owing of their in-depth knowledge in all areas of digital marketing.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We',re spending almost $400,000 annually.
What is the terminal result of working with Epicosity?
The project began in May 2016 and it',s an ongoing engagement.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The last two years have been our highest numbers ever of applicants for freshmen students. They absolutely fetch a lot of creative and innovative new ideas to us that have veritably helped us. We’re very lucky with the work they',ve created.
How did Epicosity accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re very answering. They use a handful of different project treatment tools, and we’re in touch by email or phone on almost a daily basis.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Epicosity?
They’re innovative. They always have a new idea to fetch to the table. They put a lot of reflection into the proposals they fetch us, and it’s usually an idea we hadn’t reflection of ourselves.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We were one of their leading major higher education clients, so there was a bit of a learning curve in provisions of knowledge the activity.
Any advice for possible clients?
Trust the process. What they brought to us was veritably not transmitted for higher education, so it took some of our nation a bit of time to take up and apprehend. They know what they',re doing and will liberate real results.
