Dev & Maintenance for Physician Reporting Software Co.
Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Qure Healthcare is a physician engagement organisation working with practicing physicians, health systems, payors, pharmaceutical companies, and symptom companies to measure potential resigned simulations', deviation in clinical practice. We report back that deviation to physicians through personal and cluster feedback to change conduct and align practice with evidence-based guidelines and cost-efficient care. I’m the vice chairman.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Exygy?
We have physicians caring for online resigned simulations, we take feedback on the care that they liberate in those simulations. We had an existing platform, and we sought out Exygy to help us maintain the simulation and feedback platform and then to better it. We’ve been working with them over the last four years on both maintaining the platform and improving it.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Exygy responsible for?
In many ways, they are our software outgrowth associate. We don’t have software outgrowth expertise, so they have played the role as educeers. We’ve gone through two pretty big layer betterments, revamps and re-engineerings of our platform and user interface. They have done the outgrowth work for that. They’ve also helped us with user design and user experience. The number of resources from their team have flexed up and down depending on whether we’re doing livelihood support or we’re doing a full revamp. I would conjecture we’ve probably had ten different nation at Exygy working in some space or other on our projects. We have currently two main contacts, a project director and software educeer, and then they’ll pull in additional software outgrowth expertise when we’re working on a fairly big project or revamping the platform in some way. They’ll fetch in designers and user-experience nation as well.
How did you come to work with Exygy?
They were hired precedently I began here.
How much have you invested with Exygy?
We’ve spent between $200,000 and $300,000 over the order of our relationship.
What is the terminal result of working with Exygy?
We began working with them in 2013, and our work with them is ongoing. We’re just finishing up a big revamp project of our platform. We have users on it now. We’re getting feedback from users and making additional adjustments and tweaks and programning our next project with them as well.
Results achieved
Could you share any evidence that would prove the fruitivity, condition of work, or the contact of the engagement?
The feedback from users is that the platform is easy to approach. Exygy has veritably been a associate throughout the total process. They know our platform very intimately and surely are talented educeers but have also made very insightful recommendations as we’ve co-educeed it. They help us ponder in ways that we don’t necessarily ponder almost. We’re not user experience nation. We’re not software outgrowth nation. They’ve helped us educe a methodology and mindset for how we want to prioritize what we’re working on and how we want to make sure the tool is solving real business issues and real user experience issues and solving them in the most efficient and clear way practicable. The fruit looks big. It is easy to use and it’s forcible to our end users. They liberate both resigned simulation environment and also the personal feedback reports that clinicians get. The projects we’ve done with them have been very lucky.
How did Exygy accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We’ve worked with a handful of project directors. Some I’ve been more impressed with than others. There’s a pliant bit of deviation. Our educeers have been very congruous. Because we’ve been working with them for so long, I don’t get the perception that there’s a high turnover. The project director that we’ve been working with for just the last year has just been spectacular. He’s keen and veritably knows our fruit. He gives very good advice and keeps all coordinated and does that all very efficiency. We use Pivotal Tracker through Exygy. We’ve used a few different tools over the years, including Base Camp and Trello, but Pivotal Tracker has shown a lot of value in the relationship.
What did you find most forcible almost Exygy?
I just want to repeat that we veritably see them as a associate and that’s been a very significant part of what we’ve done. We’re both based in San Francisco, so the neighborhood has been veritably nice. They’re answering to our concerns and our needs and their fingerprints are all over our fruit in very real ways. I ponder they’ve brought unitedly a nice set of experiences for user experience and outgrowth that. It has been very much what we’ve needed, especially on the big revamps, to make sure that our fruit is meeting the needs of our users.
Are there any areas Exygy could better?
They’re not the cheapest discretion. A long time ago we looked into offshoring some of the work potentially and we never establish a cluster that we felt that we could associate with. That’s been a veritably, veritably significant part of what we do with Exygy. We haven’t done a total lot of comparison shopping. I don’t get the perception that they’re way out of line, but there are cheaper discretions out there, I know. They’ve surely proven their value. I don’t know if it’s something I want them to better. I don’t want them to cut their prices if they can’t keep up the same level of labor.
