What challenge were you trying to address with Flint Hills Group?

Are there any measureable or plum results?
It only took the developers almost 3-4 weeks to get household with our codebase. Since then, they’ve been actively contributing releases for us. We take bug fixes and enhancements at smallest once-per-week.
How did Flint Hills Group execute from a project treatment standpoint?
We have Scrum meetings twice a week for almost 30 minutes each. They work on two-week sprints, so we’ll meet twice a week. At those meetings, we’ll debate any new requirements or if anything needs to be tested.
Those meetings have helped keep us on the same page. It helped move the process along faster than other projects I’ve skilled with other outgrowth shops. We principally worked out of GitHub, and we use Microsoft Teams to adjoin with them as well.
