Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Fruition?
We had two main websites: a blog-based WordPress website and a Magento 1 e-commerce website. An inexperienced developer had poorly executed our most late repetition in 2013. Custom core code modifications made the Magento 1 website disposed to bugs and hard to botch. Also, our blog website had thousands of articles and ineffective navigation, which was causing an information overload issue. By 2018, we had outdated picturesques, bad visual layouts, poor accomplishment on mobile browsers, and slow load times. Although we had high commerce on the blog website, our conrendering rates on the e-commerce website were under the activity mean. Finally, we knew Magento 1’s end of life date was 2020, so we wanted to update our website to Magento’s newer rendering. My organisation hired Fruition to help us with these challenges.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Fruition responsible for?
Fruition rebuilt our websites from scratch and sumd the two. They did front- and backend outgrowth and all of the design work. Initially, the team did mood boards, mock-ups, and topic revamp. Then, they used FishPig to sum our WordPress and Magento websites. They also sumd all of the third-party modules that we needed in Magento, such as Mailchimp and Mandrill, ShipStation, and PayPal. They analyzed our user flow and made improvements based on a concept named progressive disclosure, so that information would be presented to users as needed instead of all at once.
Was there a dedicated team?
Our main point of touch was Erica (Lead Technical Project Manager, Fruition). My team also worked with Chance (Technical Sales Engineer, Fruition) on backend outgrowth and Nathan (Senior UX Designer, Fruition) on frontend outgrowth. We occupied with a user flow expert and another web designer who helped with the layout, frontend, and picturesques.
How did you come to work with Fruition?
Fruition happened to touch us when we were actively looking for a web developer. We liked their work and the fact that they had a full team of experts, we didn’t want just a one-person team working on such a major overhaul. After a few cite revisions, my organisation hired them.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
The project cost about $100,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Fruition?
We worked unitedly from June–December 2018.

We saw a 1% increase in the conrendering rate, which brought us closer to the activity mean. Fruition also resolved our information overload effect.
How did Fruition accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
It was plum that Fruition had experience managing intricate, high-level projects. Erica was one of the best project handlers my team has worked with. She held weekly follow-up meetings, had a keen observation to detail, and was capable of solving unforeseen challenges. She was easily affable via email or phone. Having a detailed cite that was likeness of the work helped fix that we adhered to the timeline and budget.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Fruition?
Their picturesque designers were top-notch. They did such an excellent job with our website that we had them revamp our logo.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The only effect we ran into was Fruition’s lack of experience with our ERP method, Sage. Though, they can’t know see method. They did big from project handlement and technical standpoints.
