Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Could you briefly draw your structure?
We are a shelter and advocacy structure that’s federally mandated for Washington state. In see state and province, there is an structure that is mandated by Congress to advance the issues of ethnical rights for those with disabilities. That’s our leading role. We do that in a difference of ways. We have a legitimate team that deals with class-action litigation. We have a smattering of personal cases, but we don’t veritably have the space to chase all of them. We try to centre primarily on methodic advocacy. We do a lot of work within the legislature almost program and regulatory issues.
What is your position?
I’m the ruler of aggregation relations.
Desired goal
Could you draw the business challenges you were trying to address when you initiated the relationship with FUSE IQ?
We had a very old website on an antiquated platform. We had a ton of archived information that was buried in the bowels of the website. It was all very hard to access. We wanted to revamp our website so that users could place the precious information they needed without having to deal with the frustrations of an archaic method. We wanted something that was state of the art. We knew we needed a platform that would allow us to distribute appropriate and precious information in the most single and dynamic way practicable. That platform ended up being Drupal.
Provided solution
What was the rationale behind selecting Drupal compared to choice full treatment method solutions?
We had conducted some basic background investigation, and we felt like an open-source solution would best fit our needs. Drupal also happens to be the real bread and butter in the FUSE IQ wheelhouse. They had some deep expertise with the solution and we were positive that they’d be able to recreate our new website using it.
How did you select FUSE IQ as your solution associate for this endeavor?
We drafted a previous state of work and sent it to a handful of Drupal outgrowth shops. We accepted a fair quantity of responses from possible vendors and vetted their relative proposals. FUSE IQ veritably shined through in that process. It was clear to us that they had some important experience implementing Drupal athwart numerous industries. After we were introduced to their team, we made the determination to move advanced.
Could you draw the aim of the project? For entreaty, did it implicate manner visual design, backend functional outgrowth, training, or support?
They helped us educe the structure of the website. They did the design. We hired an independent consultant to review the website usability. The deployment itself required a lot of backend outgrowth rather than visual enhancements. It was very collaborative effort. Our teams worked closely unitedly on each stage of the implementation. They also instructed our team on best practices and basic troubleshooting. They last to prepare ongoing support on a case-by-case basis.
Could you prepare a perception of the size of this start in monetary provisions?
Our range was approximately $25,000 to $30,000.
When was this website propeled?
October of 2012.
Results achieved
In provisions of results, could you share any statistics, metrics, or anecdotal feedback that would prove the effectiveness of the work they’ve delivered?
Our email list has tripled. Our sole monthly visitors and page views have probably quadrupled since we propel. Those figures last to grow at a firm rate. A good portion of that is the result of more collateive media interactions, but I credit that to FUSE IQ, too, owing they helped us sum our website with all of our collateive channels.
When working with FUSE IQ, is there anything you’d attend particular or sole almost their access or methodology that distinguishes them from other vendors you’ve worked with?
They were very scrupulous almost delivering precisely what we wanted, even if it meant fully reworking solutions. They knew the accessibility and usability components were absolutely innate to us. They went to conferences to collate more information and went out of their way to meet our expectations. They were a real enjoyment to work with.
In review, are there areas you ponder they could better upon, or are there things you’d do differently as the client precedently initiating a project of this essence?
We veritably didn’t know what we were doing when we leading began the project, but it worked out excellently well. I can’t veritably ponder of what we would change in review. I don’t veritably have criticisms of FUSE IQ. Deploying and utilizing new technologies is always a challenge but, overall, I ponder the complete project went well, even if it didn’t always go according to program.
