General Networks maintains our servers remotely and helps us address any issues that come up with our network. They propose a help desk, so we can call them if we',re having a issue that they can',t see on their end. They also come to our service to update our computers or fix a issue with our server. They work fastly, so they can address most of the issues right away, usually within an hour. In accession, General Networks upgrades our servers and helps us with our annual equipment replacement.

General Networks has been on top of all and without fixed any issue we’ve had. They',ve also been very helpful getting us the quotes for the new equipment. Also, they',re easy to work with, even though most of the time they',re working behind the scenes.
