I work for North Carolina',s largest health insurance provider. My role is in inner interactions and employer brand. This includes giving our running employees a perception of loftiness and showing possible fairates that we’re a big locate to work.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Grid?
We wanted to film a video highlighting our organisation culture including our awards and recollection program and our annual air week. The goal was to show possible fairates almost how we reward employees and reinforce a perception of positivity and camaraderie amongst our running employees.
