I’m the operations director for Global Beauty Science, a cosmetics organisation. We recently launched a new skincare line.

What challenge were you trying to address with Gulo?
We worked with a couple of agencies to create the website, but the artistic fruit didn’t excellently meet our standards. We needed a team to fix the unappropriated issues, as well as instrument some new features.

What particular tasks were Gulo responsible for?

What is the terminal result of working with Gulo?
We began the leading project in March 2018, but we’re quiet using them for other work.

Gulo improved our website’s look, delivering something we’re arrogant to show.
How did Gulo accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Zach handles project treatment processes. We principally converse through emails, phone calls, or texts, and he’s consistently answering. They also use a screen-sharing web app to enhance some of our conversations.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Gulo?
Gulo acts like they’re a part of the inner team. They pull from their extensive activity experience and propose precious suggestions and solutions. I feel like we have extra staff members, rather than an outsourced team. They veritably go the extra mile for us.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
In provisions of scheduling, we went over on a few deadlines. Sometimes their estimates were a pliant off, but for the most part, they’re big.
