Amy is a nationally recognized speaker on workplace issues including harassment in the workplace and she has been featured in national and international media outlets. She is active in the HR profession and in the Maryland business community. Amy is a member of Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) World at Work Howard County Human Resources Society BWI Business Partnership Maryland Nonprofits Howard Chamber of Commerce and Howard Tech Council. She speaks to industry groups about the importance of sound HR fundamentals and best practices in business operations.
Prior to starting HR Strategy Group Amy held HR management positions at major corporations worked in various HR roles within government agencies and taught as an adjunct instructor at Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
Amy received an M.P.A. from The American University and a B.A. in Religious Studies from The College of Wooster. She holds the Senior Professional in Human Resource Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP designations the highest designations available to HR professionals. Additionally she is a Certified Veteran Recruiter (CVR) designed to help forward-thinking companies improve how they recruit and retain veterans in the workforce.
Donna is actively involved with a number of community and professional organizations. She is a founding member of the Howard County HR Society has served as the President of the Trinity Schools Home and School Association is a member of the Trinity School Board of Directors Personnel Committee and is a Girl Scout troop leader.
Prior to joining HR Strategy Group Donna held HR management positions at a variety of small and mid-size businesses and worked as an Employee Relations Manager with Coca-Cola Enterprises.
Donna received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management Howard County Human Resources Society and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resource Resources (SPHR) designation the highest designation available to HR professionals.
Lindsay is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is involved with various community and professional organizations including Howard County HR Society and Montgomery County HR Society.
Prior to joining HR Strategy Group Lindsay held HR management positions in real estate government contracting and staffing industries. In all settings she built HR departments from the ground up. Lindsay has hands-on experience managing transitioning and implementing company-wide system changes such as HRIS payroll timekeeping applicant tracking and 401(k) administration. Lindsay has an extensive background in recruiting and has effectively recruited and managed all levels of professionals.
Lindsay received an M.S. from Loyola University Maryland with a focus in Counseling Psychology. She graduated from the BBamp;T Leadership Institute Mastering Leadership Dynamics program. Lindsay holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.
Louise is an experienced HR expert focusing on escalated employment and HR issues. Her work focuses on workplace investigations for HRSGs HR Crisis Management practice. Louise also develops training courses and programs for HRSGs Training practice. She has over ten years of human resources experience in both executive and tactical HR positions and 20+ years of experience with training teaching and instructional design.
Louise is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and volunteers in her community. She serves on the Police Chiefs Citizens Advisory Council for the Punta Gorda City Police Department. Louise is a graduate of the Punta Gorda Citizens Academy and served as the External Relations Director on the Board for the Punta Gorda Isles Civic Association (PGICA).
Prior to joining HR Strategy Group Louise served as Chief of Staff Vice President for Administration and General Counsel for Maryland University of Integrative Health; secretary to the Board for MUIH; Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland (Educational Affairs Division); senior instructional designer and course manager for CampusMBA/Mortgage Bankers Association; Academic Director for the Legal Studies program at University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC); and independent training consultant for the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Legal Education. In private practice Louise focused on litigation and real estate law.
Louise received her Juris Doctorate (with honors) from the University of Baltimore School of Law her Master of Distance Education from University of Maryland Global Campus (formerly University of Maryland University College) her B.S. in Paralegal Studies from UMGC and her B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in human resource and personnel management from UMGC. Alongside her work with HR Strategy Group Louise is an adjunct professor for UMGCs Legal Studies program. She resides with her husband in Punta Gorda Florida.
Katherine Schrock is an experienced Search and Recruitment professional with five years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. She is a Human Resources Consultant and Research Analyst with HR Strategy Group LLC a management and human resources consulting firm that specializes in HR advisory services search and recruitment HR crisis management and HR compliance amp; audit.
Katherine has extensive experience working in full cycle Search and Recruitment with small to mid-size businesses government contract staffing and nonprofit entities. Katherine works closely with our clients to fully understand their employment needs and corporate concerns and she is dedicated to appropriately representing our clients to the candidates she presents for consideration.
Katherine received her masters degree from the University of Michigan and her bachelors degree from the University of Maryland. She is currently pursuing her Professional of Human Resources Certification. Alongside her work with HR Strategy Group Katherine performs as a professional opera singer throughout the US. Katherine and her family live in Lemoore CA.
Nina joins HR Strategy Group LLC as a HR Consultant with 15+ years of HR experience specializing in payroll management benefits administration and employee relations. Before joining HR Strategy Group LLC Nina was an HR Generalist for a large national home-building company. Nina has worked for several private and non-profit organizations which has given her years of hands-on experiences and ability to provide exceptional services to a wide range of clients. Nina has worked with HR Strategy Group since 2016 (and we are thrilled to have her full-time now!).
Nina has been involved in day-to-day operations of HR departments as well as implementing company-wide HRIS payroll benefits and applicant tracking systems. Nina has an exceptional way of caring for client needs and ensuring that policies and procedures are carried out with integrity trust and confidence.
Nina is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Howard County HR Society and the American Payroll Association. She enjoys travelling and is a busy mom raising her three teenage children.
