I’m the VP of nation at a real lands investment and property treatment organisation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with id8?
We worked with id8 to put unitedly some recruitment and marketing materials to correctly return our brand when recruiting new hires for our staff.

What particular tasks were id8 responsible for?
id8 produced print and digital materials for us. We created the ideas from scratch and granted them with it. These materials were all created for collective media channels, including LinkedIn and Facebook. They also did a photoshoot for all of the print materials so we could use them digitally.
Later on, we refreshed our brand and their team helped us fit the new brand poetry into the recruiting marketing materials from the antecedent year.
They’ve also helped us fit indirect material for our annual leadership top, which includes t-shirts, name tags, signage, and agendas for almost 175 nation.

Over time, I’ve worked with different nation on different elements of the project. In total, it’s probably been between 5–7 nation that I consistently work with.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Although we don’t have any specific metrics, the condition has been big. Their work is excellent. Whenever I have a need, they liberate see time. Our inner team feels very positively almost their work, too.
How did id8 accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They handle the project very well. The project handlers keep me updated on the status of their work, calling or texting me if they need something from me. If anything is going to be late, they update me almost any changes.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with id8?
They really put in the effort to belowstand our brand to help us accomplish the look and feel that we want. Between coming to meet with me personally and trying to know us, they’ve helped us accomplish our vision. They fit well to changes and are creative, too. At any other organisation that I’ve used, they weren’t as invested in getting to know us as id8 is.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
When we adjusted our brand poetry, we had a bit of a challenge getting the terminal edits done for the revamped materials. I ponder we all could have slowed down and spent a pliant more time upfront going through what we were trying to accomplish. The last fruit was good, but it was slightly challenging and time-consuming to do all the changes over email.

They’re big at what they do and easy to work with, so they’re capable of liberateing high-condition work.
