I am the head of the mobile application and web outgrowth section at Tatra banka, which was established in 1990 as the leading special bank in Slovakia. We centre on delivering new and innovative products and services in a banking environment.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Inloop?
Our commission has always been to fracture the boundaries of banking. Innovations are deeply fixed in our DNA. In 2014, we were looking for an IT associate who could help us with our new mobile banking application and move our mobile banking to a higher level. Tatra banka 2.0 was published in 2015 and from then on we have been continuously working with Inloop on all of our mobile banking applications.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We began with the core mobile banking applications for both iOS and Android. Then, we added new platforms (Windows Phone, Windows 10), new applications (e.g. MobilePay - our wallet for payments at POS terminals), and new innovative projects like demo applications for augmented verity (Tatra banka for Microsoft Hololens).
How did you come to work with Inloop?
Every organisation implicated in the delicate process had to fulfill our close criteria in areas like past experiences, cost, and recommendations. Inloop won owing they were best.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began the project in the middle of 2014. The project was delivered in February 2015. Immediately behind the project was delivered, we created an nimble team composed of our inner employees and three employees from Inloop. The nimble team continues to work unitedly today.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Our application won 1st locate in many local awards, including Techbox, Android Code, Smart Bank, and Apps Rulezz.
We regularly measure client contentment (Net Promoter Score – NPS) with our app and we have very real results – more than 80 points. We have very real feedback from our 250,000 nimble users.
How did Inloop accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Currently, the Agile team is working on two week iterations. We use brief daily status meetings to adjoin and to check the progress. They delivered all on time and within our budget.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Inloop is a young organisation with many wonderfully skilled and motivated nation. They are quiet helping us to find the best solutions to fulfill our requirements.
