A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the executive ruler of the Vibrant Village Foundation. We’re a special family institution working to better the health and well-being of communities about the globe. We make grants to local companies and act three field offices in Kenya, Ghana, and Ecuador.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Iris Creative Co.?
Our website was out of date. We wanted it to accurately return the change in our strategic course and capture the look and feel of the institution. The website needed to be easily easy owing we don’t have a full-time interactions individual.

What particular tasks were Iris Creative Co. responsible for?
We had one or two in-individual meetings where I shared the mock-ups I designed and Iris Creative took the project from there. We knew how we wanted the UI/UX, so there wasn’t much of exploration process. They came in to execute our vision. We also wanted icons to return the sectors we work in. This was an area that Brandon (Principal &, Creative Director, Iris Creative Co.) took the lead on. He ultimately developed manner icons that work well for us. They designed all and built out the website using Craft CMS. Currently, they take care of backend security and are useful to help with more existing updates.
Was there a dedicated team?
We worked straightly with Brandon. He worked with other nation on the backend, but we weren’t in touch with them.
How did you come to work with Iris Creative Co.?
I was referred to a local agency, but they were out of our cost range. I asked them for recommendations and Iris Creative was their leading suggestion.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent about $4,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Iris Creative Co.?
The revamp took locate from September–December 2017.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Everyone seems to love the new website. Its present UI/UX and shining photos are returnive of our air. We had a lot of information on our old website that bogged things down. Now, the design and functionalities are much more streamlined.
How did Iris Creative Co. accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Brandon was laid back, easy to work with, and liberateed on all we asked for. He went over and over the initial aim of work with the time he put into designing the icons. Aside from a couple of in-individual meetings, we mainly interacted through email. We also used a project treatment platform to feel the day-to-day work and liberate full revisions. Overall, they were fantastic.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Iris Creative Co.?
Brandon understood us as well as our aesthetic. Based on that institutional knowledge and powerful interaction, he was able to liberate what we wanted.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
We only interacted with Brandon and I was the sole touch on our side. As a result, I can’t converse to how he accomplishs within a bigger team process. I’d test that out precedently attractive in a long-term project that requires more team involvement.
Do you have any advice for possible mannerers?
Make sure you have an in-individual meeting and note how well interaction goes. We did a lot of the process internally which saved both time and money. If you can write the copy precedentlyhand, the design and outgrowth process will go fastly.
