Being a part of 4Homes, Tavola has established itself in the Middle East region for products ranging from tableware to bakeware - and everything in between.

The Strategy
Soon after understanding the challenges, it was time to implement the solutions. A few major implementations that the team considered included offline quotation system, multi-currency price management, multi-warehouse POS inventory and automatic assignment of orders, manage offline and online reward systems at both levels. Along with this, the team had to maintain the entire store page loading time and ensure that won’t decrease after implementing any new features.
