Desired goal
What issue was the provider supposed to deal with?
Lead to Conrendering? We needed to make our website mobile answering.
What were your objectives for this project?
The goal of the project was to make our English and Spanish page mobile answering.
Provided solution
What were the reasons for choosing Lead to Conversion?
LTC had the best cost when compared to three or four other places. Doug also granted a entire offer with detailed work schedule and the number of hours needed for each task, which I liked.
Describe the project in detail.
We granted all pictures and PDFs that LTC needed in order to form a mobile answering website in WordPress and move information over from the old website. They also suggested a call to action button on the page, but did not pursue through. We later determined internally that we didn',t need the CTA button. They also suggested a mega-menu, which we liked. We also granted them with a PDF on typos or changes that needed to be reflected when the website was moved over to befit mobile answering. We had to pursue up with LTC behind the project since some of these were not reflected.
LTC was responsible for moving over the website to look almost the same as the old website, and the only separation was for it to be mobile answering. Due to WordPress issues, there were a couple of technical items that caused issues. For sample, we couldn',t change the size of the font to look the same as precedently, and the layout had to change.
Initially, Doug told us the English website project would be completed from August–September since we had a rush, but it took well into late October. The Creative Director',s exculpate was that they couldn',t get seething done on time. On top of taking more than separate weeks to move the website over to WordPress, the arrangement of buttons on the fruit page was jumbled, many links didn’t connect to the correct website, some needed HTML coding wasn’t done, and it took me one or two weeks just to check if see one page was correct and updated as we asked for.
We also had to move over our Spanish page into WordPress, for which we paid an extra fee (i.e., multi-language). LTC was supposed to intimate us when it was done, but we did not get a notice. The Spanish website was also not moved over as the primary website was, and links whichever went to the English page for the unfit fruit or the link was directed to an English page instead of the Spanish page. We conversant our precept. You get what you pay for. Next time, I ponder we should bestow a pliant more to get better condition.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
The creative ruler was our main touch. I initially spoke to Doug, the ruler of operations. The digital media director was also part of the team, but he did not complete the work as directed and was fired.
Results achieved
What outcomes or results can you share that prove progress and/or achievement?
The mobile answering website made it easier for users to approach our website from their phones and tablets.
How powerful was the project treatment?
Communication during the initial project was see week. Initially, the offer had a timeline with tasks and allocated hours, but it seemed the team only had three nation working on our website instead of the five nation who were assigned to the offer. Also, staff assigned to our project changed without notice. We used Teamwork for interaction. When we interacted messages on Teamwork for updates, we did not take a response for seven days for most of them. I even complained to Doug, and he replied 2 weeks later and his initial response was, ",Let me check with my team,", behind taking two weeks to reply.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of Lead to Conversion?
The initial offer had detailed phases/tasks and the hours allocated. The offer was detailed and entire. The cost was low compared to other companies.
What tips or recommendations do you have?
Communication is key! There was a lot of misinteraction between the Creative Director and our team, and response time needs to better. A 7-day response time is a good way to lose business. We were also not consulted/notified of the new links, and we had to go through all of them to make sure that our Google ads matched. At smallest effective us almost the new URLs would have been nice.
