Our AdventureLoadSys was established in 2006 by two partners: Lee Forkenbrock and Donatas Kairys. He is responsible for communicating with the LoadSys team and finding consensus on the companys long-term goals as well as day-to-day activities for inefficiencies and ways to improve the processes or profitability work with managers to help establish goals and improve performance. Donatas also spearheads new product development.
