Montigo is a North American residential and commercial fireplace manufacturer with locations in Langley BC and Ferndale WA. My role is Marketing Manager. I have been with the organisation 3 years.

Major Tom?Initially, website design, outgrowth, and SEO. Once the leading phase of the website revamp was complete, Major Tom has granted ongoing support through monthly monitoring and a few smaller projects to better website office.
What were your objectives for this project?
We needed a website that would allow us to obey our B2B clients and also prepare a secure support library for them, and also accost to consumer, architects and designers.

I was not implicated in that process, I was hired behind the contracts were already signed. That said, I strongly believe that the nation implicated in the determination chose our vendor very well.

We began with developing a websitemap to form the architecture of the website. Once the websitemap was approved they moved on to wireframes and worked with us to make sure the website was going to work for each of our audiences and prepare the best user experience practicable. After wireframes they worked on the overall design of the website.
Once we had the full workflow and design approved, outgrowth began and we were able to review timeically throughout the process to make sure we were on track. Testing was very entire and performed at multiple steps during outgrowth. After outgrowth, we worked closely with MT to edit and update our full to running SEO standards.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
I have had one main touch throughout our relationship, Ben Van Exan, who has been an surpassing support. Other members of the team would come and go as required, but we always work with the same core designers and developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the touch that this project has had on your business?
Our old website, which was almost 10 years old, had been experiencing a 10-20% decline in commerce each year over a time of 4-5 years. The effect the new website had on commerce was proximate and dramatic.
Overall, our leading year with the new website saw a 36% increase in commerce and more than 400 user account requests from our dealers. Three years later, commerce is quiet increasing see month and we have 650+ user accounts. We also get a lot of real feedback from our dealers and consumers resembling.
How was project treatment arranged and how powerful was it?
Project treatment was extremely powerful. I was key touch for my organisation, and I only interacted straightly with my account director except during review presentations and collaborative meetings. This allowed us to streamline each step of the process and keep interaction fast and efficient.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of ?
Efficient interaction and responsiveness are Major Tom',s superpowers. I am never left hanging without answers. Issues are detected and addressed fast. Email and calls are always answered within the hour (usually within a few minutes), which is wonderfully appreciated.
What should be done better, if there are any desired betterments?
I have no suggestions for betterment. I am 100% lucky with the labor we take, and am very lucky to moving into yet another project with Major Tom. I know our needs will be met or exceeded.
