A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I work for the national firm masonry union. Our main membership are the producers of a difference of manufactured firm products, including firm masonry units, and other types of composition materials. We’ve been about for over a hundred years now, and we try to aid the use of our products and help them be lucky through a wide difference of things. I',m the VP of business outgrowth and I superintend our interactions efforts, from our website, to collective media, to emails, printed materials, promotional flyers and those kinds of things.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mekanic?
We began with needing to re-do our website. It had been 5-6 years using older technology that wasn',t mobile answering and we couldn',t find the resources we were trying to get to them. We later realized it was time to take a look at our overall brand from top to breast.

What particular tasks were Mekanic responsible for?
They led us through a process to unite how we could re-do our brand and re-do our visual oneness. Once we got that part of it put unitedly, then we transitioned into them fully redoing our website companies. They redid our logo, our brand narrative, identified our main core hearers that we were trying to extend, and redeveloped the layout for our printed flyers, business cards, and fixed. In accession to the main logo, they created a total series of sub-brands for different things our union does.
For our website, it felt like they did it from scratch, but we did have an existing one already. We took a look at it from top to breast in provisions of who were the nation using the website, how did we want to adjoin with them on how to shape our business. Then, based on our wireframes, they completed the website. Their work is ongoing with some marketing and website consulting.

How did you come to work with Mekanic?
We began out with three full proposals and felt like Mekanic was the best fit. They were smaller, more answering, and we liked their experience with unions. The cost was also in our range, which led to us working with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We',ve invested approximately $300,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Mekanic?
We began working unitedly in November 2017, and our promisement is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We more than doubled our total sessions on an annual basis. We went from 5,000 sessions on the old website to more than 200,000 on the new website. Our web commerce has more than doubled since the relaunch as well. The rebrand and all has been well-received from our membership. Overall, I',d say we',re just generally lucky with the way things have gone.
How did Mekanic accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They',re very answering and I was very lucky with how things turned out. We completed all on time.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Mekanic?
From an union standpoint, their experience was veritably helpful. They were ready to talk to our board, our treatment and our membership and veritably promise with them. They did backend investigation that veritably served to enlighten a lot of our determination making.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, I don',t ponder so. Overall, we were very lucky and had a lot of real contact.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
A lot of it is what you put into it. I know I bestow a lot of time veritably working with them and providing the best of my input, but tendency on them owing they know what the consumers will like best.
