What challenge were you trying to address with Mighty Citizen?
Our website had befit outdated in the 10 years since its 2007 propel. The look and feel were by-gone, but also the back-end functionality. We hired Mighty Citizen to make it more present, user-friendly and functional on the back end.

What particular tasks were Mighty Citizen responsible for?
We primaryly hired them to revamp and repropel our website, we later added copywriting services, specifically for the website’s most significant pages. Our union has stayed nimble. Currently, they’re doing tweaks, helping rearrange full, and edifice out new pages and features.
Was there a dedicated team?
In total, we worked with two project directors, a website constructor, search engine optimization professional, one copywriter, and one designer. We worked with a project director during the initial website project and her helper took over that role as aim evolved.
How did you come to work with Mighty Citizen?
We hosted an RFP process and interviewed almost seven companies. Our in-house choice committee liked their team access, powerful portfolio, and local apprehension. During that time, we met Mighty Citizen in-person and had a good dynamic owing their team took the time to get to know us.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
In total, we’ve spent $85,000. Approximately, the primary aim cost $66,000 and the added work cost another $20,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Mighty Citizen?
Work began in July 2016 and the union is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Internal stakeholders are lucky with the new website. Traffic has increased over 250% since our re-propel in April of 2017. The website has been a gainous tool in implementing our full marketing strategy. Our sales team is now generating meaningful leads.
How did Mighty Citizen accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were very answering. We used Teamwork for project treatment.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Mighty Citizen?
Their revamp process is powerful and efficient. The team sets clear expectations for progress and interactes responsibilities plainly.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
The only ponder we’ve run into is aim effects. For entreaty, we only had one circular of condition arrogance – and it was for front-end design only. We had to pay more to get a second circular of QA that included back end. Mighty Citizen is conscious of this effect and is currently working on a solution for forthcoming clients.
Any advice for possible clients?
Be implicated throughout the process and set clear expectations up front. But more specifically, the copywriting and messaging services have been a huge gain. While not everyone is ready to pay for those, we’re glad that we expanded the aim. That being said, be regardful of how changes like budget and timelines.
