The New Georgia Project is a non-profit organization with a mission to increase voter engagement &, education in the state of GA. Their team reached out to Mobile App Hero with the goal of creating an easy-to-use tool for GA voters. Using this mobile app, voters can learn about their candidate',s views, see information about who funds their campaigns and report any voting issues in real time, among other features.
The
single most important (and first) part of the product development journey is the discovery process. Mobile App Hero worked with the NGP team to address the concerns of GA voters. The research and information gathered during Discovery helped to shape the user experience and overall functionality of the app through the subsequent Design and Build phases of the project.The fully functional release was launched to the app stores in early October of 2018. In the time between the app',s launch and the November 6 midterm elections, there have been thousands of installs across iOS and Android markets, with a five-star rating on both platforms.
