We’re a global manufacturer specializing in specific electronic components. We have five fruit groups that range from little stretch gauges to full systems. We’re in see market imaginable and have been the chief since 1963. I’m the senior website administrator who handles all the web outgrowth.

What challenge were you trying to address with Monarch Digital?
We were migrating five by-gone fruits to a more strong CMS-driven environment, namely Drupal. I asked Monarch Digital to help us with those website migrations, as well as with our fruit catalog application (PCA) that has a Mongo and NoSQL database.

They’ve coded the interface between Drupal and the PCA. They’ve also helped with our Elasticsearch, granted labors almost Angular, and assisted with styling our software as a labor (SaaS) and CSS.

We began working unitedly in 2015 and currently have separate ongoing projects.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
I don’t have any metrics at the instant since most of the applications are inner to our organisation. We only launched one of the websites a month ago, so I also don’t have metrics on that whichever. I can say that we haven’t skilled any sort of major roadblocks.
How did Monarch Digital accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We mainly use Jira. We also have a weekly meeting for at smallest one of the projects that last no longer than half an hour. We devote specific time to each project if there are multiple going on at the same time. Our customary meetings are more like fast standups, enduring no longer than 15 minutes.
