I am the CEO of Truzen a massage booking platform. We are an soon phase startup looking to change how massage appointments are booked as well as prepare Therapists an additional channel to influence new clients.

I establish Melisa via UpWork. I am a software engineer by trade who has worked with a number of designers. Seeing her portfolio was very forcible and inspired trust. Once we began the project it was without plain that they we the real deal. Definitely one of the best design teams I have had the enjoyment of working with!
Describe the project in detail.
We had an initial phone call where we debateed the idea as well as demod a prototype we already had developed. We turned over a spreadsheet which described all of the features in detail. From there they reviewed the spreadsheet and answered by asking further questions to resolve any ambiguity. They fastly setup a project in Invision and incrementally over time delivered the project piece by piece allowing us to leave comments, debate, and regood along the way.

I worked straightly with Melisa and her business associate. They worked closely with our business and outgrowth team to make sure we had all of the deliverables that we needed.

What results did you accomplish unitedly with ?
The project was successfully completed and exceeded our expectations. We quiet work with MOVA to this day on an as-needed basis.
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with ?
Communication was seamless. Always fast to answer to questions, make tweaks to the design, and prepare additional goods when requested.

We were impressed with their power to take an idea from concept to a fully fleshed out idea. They pay careful attendation to all details.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
We were very satisfied with their work. They are always in high claim, for plain reasons, so at times there was a pliant lag in turn-around but we know this going into it when we began to work on an as-needed basis.
