Creating an additional platform in social network for promoting the supermarkets Alye Parusa.
We decided not only to tell about the
supermarket but to communicate with the customers directly to find out what they are interested in and how they see the further development of the market chain. This idea is realized in the most «delicious» of our projects, the SMM-case for Alye Parusa.Developing the platform from scratch, we relied on quality content and constant communication with customers. The content strategy is developed considering the target audience’s interests. Thanks to the comments on the Facebook page it was possible to improve customer loyalty and business processes in the whole supermarket chain. The engagement metrics on the page is 100 responses for a post on average and an increase of subscribers is 400 persons in a month!
To show the product quality level and the unique style of the Alye Parusa supermarket chain, we used realistic photos, informative infographics and 3D objects in posts. Polls and special deals make the page more interactive and dynamic.
