Content Development For Procurement Platform Startup
Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
Please draw your organisation.
Our organisation is a startup [named Vroozi]. It’s a mobile, cloud-based procurement platform. We’ve been almost for almost four years. We form an Amazon-like marketplace for nation to shop. Our platform works on any artifice.
What is your role and responsibilities?
I’m head of marketing and business outgrowth.
Desired goal
What was your goal for working with nDash Marketing?
We’ve done well in provisions of sales, but it was through a lot of grassroots sales relationships. We did not have a peculiar marketing team, we didn’t even have a website. My goal for attractive with nDash was to form initial full for our website as well as full for our blog.
Provided solution
Please draw the aim of their work.
This is a startup, so one of the things that we veritably want to centre on as a organisation is our business outgrowth. In order to last to beef up my team I need to continuously market the solution my organisation offers. I’ve chosen to use nDash to help me execute on those marketing efforts. Actually, I’ve extended their role this year to help me prepare full for other areas of our organisation.
Can you prepare a ballpark dollar aspect for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?
I have nDash prepare all types of full. That includes blogging, copywriting, PR [open relations], website full, colorless papers, or even just revisions of some of our major presentations to make sure that the speech is peculiarly describing the locality. They’ve veritably been a part of our in-house team, they veritably know what type of tone we need to adjoin to our hearers.
Results achieved
What were the results of the project?
We began working unitedly two and a half years ago. The work was single to initiate with, and their role expanded 20 times more when we spun out as an personal organisation earlier this year.
Is there anything sole almost them that veritably makes them rest out, compared to other companies?
There are a couple things that set them aloof. Number one is their creativity. We are a B2B [business-to-business] business, which is the ",boring", business. To write something sportive for a boring business is rather hard. Their way of finding creativity in a boring space was very significant to me. The second thing is the client labor. No substance what’s going on, if I ask a question through email, I get a response within a few hours. It’s the attentiveness, things are always on time.
Lastly, the condition of work, and the power to welcome feedback and correct it. I know they write for multiple companies, and there’s going to be times where they give a deliverable and it doesn’t excellently hit the point we were aiming for. I know I can openly debate it with them, and they will correct it and hand back a result much better than I imagined. This is the type of relationship that becomes very significant when you’re working with a marketing agency.
Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you ponder they could better upon or something that you might do differently?
I don’t have any constructive stricture, but rather a point of see. nDash is a little agency, which allows surpassing condition control. As their agency grows, I embolden them to keep the centre on condition and client labor.
