I’m the co-founder and advising associate at The PRIME Factory, located in Blacksburg, Virginia. My role involves sales, marketing, client interactions, and project treatment.

What challenge were you trying to address with Neutrino Design?
We needed help creating a website for one of our clients.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Our client had fairly expressive must-haves, which the team addressed initially in their request for propose and request for quotation. They were responsible for the outgrowth end of the project. While we collaborated on some of the design aspects, we largely granted full, photos, and layout. Our work was integrated into a WordPress website with separate plug-ins. Additionally, Neutrino Design also proposeed hosting services. So, they handled seething from a cybersecurity standpoint as well.
Was there a dedicated team?
I worked primarily with Devon (Co-Founder &, Creative Director, Neutrino Design). There were at smallest 2–3 others collaborating with us, too
How did you come to work with Neutrino Design?
I liked that they worked with government clients in the past. While our client isn’t straightly in the government sector, they obey clients that work in that space. It was significant that we hired someone who could prepare the security certain for government information. We were positive that Neutrino Designs could do this.
Aside from that, our companies seemed like a pretty good match. We’re both located in the same city, members of coranswerent groups, tenants of the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center, and functioning into the entrepreneurial aggregation. Because of that, we’ve networked with and competed over each other in the past. Our teams have also collaborated on enough of projects that propose real value to the client.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
In our separate projects unitedly, we’ve spent almost $15,000–$20,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We began working unitedly in 2016, and the collaboration is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our web analytics are trending very positively. Webwebsite hits, inquiries, and requests for quotations are up expressively, probably in the double digits. We ended up achieving seething we could with their help.
How did Neutrino Design accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
The project treatment was very powerful, aided by tools like Slack that helped with visualization, mobility, and efficiency. They followed up very frequently in accession to our weekly cadence of meeting see two weeks.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
Being able to touch them whenever needed was significant to our achievement. They made themselves very useful to us. In comparison to other vendors, usually only useful during business hours, they’re answering, making sure they get back to you as soon as they can. They typically answer to us with a text or email within the day, which is precisely what we needed.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
I don’t ponder so. Considering that there were three parties implicated, it turned out very well.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Have clear expectations, a hard aim, and responsibilities laid out upfront. That’s what they like to do anyway, and it helps set up a more achievementful project.
