What challenge were you trying to address with NXTurn?
As part of our fourth acquisition, we acquired a organisation that effectively quadrupled our size. Prior, they had already instrumented a NetSuite enterprise resource programning (ERP) method with NXTurn. We hired the vendor to instrument the same solution for our total team.

What particular tasks were NXTurn responsible for?
We transitioned from QuickBooks to NetSuite in an accelerated six-week instrumentation timeline. Although there wasn’t a ton of customization—our team had chartered accounts and geographic construction—NXTurn did copy the antecedent integration’s construction and ported it to our organisation. Post-instrumentation, the team trained our accounting team at the district and regional levels over a two-day time, they also trained our corporate level and did ad hoc web-based refreshers over a six-month time. In accession, training extended to new employees in that six-month window.

Our leading and subordinate leads were our main points of touch. They had a team working behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with NXTurn?
We hired NXTurn without because alternatives. The determination was based on their antecedent NetSuite instrumentation, which was appropriate for our business.

What is the terminal result of working with NXTurn?
We began working with them in September 2017 and the instrumentation went live that November. Since then, we’ve been rolling through further updates and customizations.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
The NetSuite instrumentation and financial analysis enabled us to swallow the acquisition and update our method in a quick timeframe. We could never have run a organisation this size without our old technology.
How did NXTurn accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They were big during the initial six-week time. Though, their availability became inconsistent as transitioned to project mode. Similarly, the initial documentation was hard, but that even tapered off as we rolled into a more long-term relationship.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with NXTurn?
First, we didn’t have to expound our business frequently to them. Second, they met our hard timeline, which we accelerated to an rare pace for the ERP space.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Understandably, we’re not the team’s leading priority when they get busy. It’d be nice to have a backup resource for proximate response when our common touchs are unavailable.
