What challenge were you trying to address with Pinnacle Solutions?

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Originally, Pinnacle adopted ownership and outgrowth responsibilities for an existing BI gate. We moved from SAS to QlikSense for data visualization. QlikSense was new to Pinnacle, but they worked with another one of our vendors to embed QlikSense objects into the PHP interface that Pinnacle develops. For the leading primary outgrowth project we did with them, they developed a web interface that housed a scan. We prepared very basic requirements based on general ideas we had almost what we wanted. We stayed with Pinnacle owing we have a big working relationship with them, they have a big rate, and we confide their work.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Every step of the way, they know what we',re trying to execute and can help us get it done fastly. That primary non-SAS project was lucky, for sample. The technology changed almost us and our user needs changed, so we',re going in a different course now. But, owing they have all that institutional apprehension almost what we',ve done and what we need the labor to do, the next repetition of it will be much easier.
How did Pinnacle Solutions accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
We use their ticketing method to ask for specific deliverables. For larger projects, we use e-mail for updates. The developer sends me daily update emails that help me to see progress. Communication with them is best when we can keep them busy.
