What challenge were you trying to address with Playfish?
Our structure didn’t have a single, brief, oneness video that explained what we did. It’s an asset that an agency needs at all times. We wanted it created with the intention of having a pretty long shelf-life of three to five years.

What particular tasks were Playfish Media responsible for?
We have done two videos with Playfish. The leading one was an oneness video that we played at an occurrence but used primarily for our website homepage. The second video focused on our clients, children and parents. Our clients said what they love almost childcare, and the video was meant to celebrate childcare professionals. The video was shown at an occurrence last week, but it',s meant to have a long shelf-life. We program to use it at occurrences throughout the year such as Childcare Appreciation Day. It’s a big celebratory video.
For both videos, Playfish Media granted overall strategy, needs assessment, video shooting, editing, and origination. For the leading video, there was a pliant bit more of a script, and the Playfish team helped with those script ideas. I had a very clear dream video in mind. I had a specimen video from another non-profit that I was using as a lead for the video that we wanted to make. We knew we wanted a correspondent look and feel, correspondent vibe, and correspondent music. The script was in artistic by the time we brought Playfish into the loop, so we principally did the scripting internally.
The second video didn’t have a script and there was no specimen. It’s very hard to find videos in the globe that have children being interviewed in kind of a sportive way. So, we made the video from scratch. Playfish helped place music for both videos. They did all I needed them to do.
Additionally, our team was using headshots of childcare providers for a late occurrence, and we didn’t ponder we had sufficient. I asked Playfish if they could turn some of the video footage of the providers into stills. The team explained some of the challenges in that process and they were able to help.
The team will also help to repurpose one of the video into a 30-second ",thank you", video at the end of the year.
How did you come to work with Playfish?
I did a Google search and reached out to five or six lower budget video producers. Playfish was the leading to get back to me. There was an proximate junction with Jillian’s [Owner, Playfish] phraseology that I liked a lot.
How much have you invested with them?
The videos each cost between $4,000 and $5,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Playfish Media?
We began working unitedly in July 2016, and the work lasted until September 2017.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’ve had fully real feedback. 90% of scan participants from our late occurrence rated the contact of Playfish Media',s video whichever very good or excellent. The nation internally who have seen the video also had real things to say, and they agreed that it could be used for other purposes.
How did Playfish accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
There was a good mix of professional, fun, and accidental. They’re very easy to work with, but they also respect the idea that you have to keep the project moving when there’s a deadline. They’re very answering. They would always email me back within 24 hours, which is big. Most of the time, it was much sooner than that.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Playfish Media?
I was impressed, as were other nation internally, with how fastly they understood the vibe or the feel of Child Care Resources. The video struck the right chord. It wasn',t too polished, but it was polished sufficient. The music, the look, and the overall touch of the video were spot on. It matched our tone and our tone as an agency. That’s hard to do for someone who doesn’t know us.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No. They’re completely big. I intend to work with them throughout my complete course when I need videos.
