Introductory information
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a food manufacturer with national brands of cereals and snacks. I’m our digital marketing professional and straightly handled Project Bionic while they were working with us.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Project Bionic?
We recently launched a new snack brand and hired them to handle our collective media and some of our paid advertising for that brand.
Provided solution
What was the aim of their involvement?
They were responsible for posting, full creation, copywriting, promoting, and managing our collective media accounts and paid advertising for the brand. They built all the full for Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. In our review process, they would form full and send it to us to like. We granted feedback and they would update the posts. They also oversaw aggregation handlement and responded to the comments we accepted in each collective media platform.
What is the team compound?
We had an account handler that I worked with straightly. They also had a copywriter and a designer that I interacted with a pliant, but mainly through our account handler. I believe there were other team members, and they outsourced a lot of the video work they did for us.
How did you come to work with Project Bionic?
I have worked with littleer agencies precedently, and we have a number of other companies that do correspondent work for our other brands. They pitched for another brand, so they were already on our radar when we began this project. They’re a little, new organisation, and we felt we’d get the labor we wanted and the right tone for our full from them. They were veritably sportive and they offered a good cost. We also liked that they were local. We could meet with them in individual when we needed to.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent almost $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working unitedly in the spring of 2017 and worked unitedly for almost ten months. We wrapped up the engagement almost February 2018.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
We’ve seen a big bump in our followers. Since it was a newer brand, we were more interested in boosting consumer awareness than we were in driving sales. We saw good collective media engagement and we saw almost 10,000 new followers each month that we worked unitedly. We had almost 100,000 followers at the end of our union with them.
They formd some veritably attractive posts. They conversant from what nation responded well to and maximized posts through promotions and correspondent full. They have a big perception of disposition that veritably appealed to our followers.
How did Project Bionic execute from a project handlement standpoint?
Project handlement was surely a powerful suit. We mainly interacted through phone or email. We also used a platform to review full and postings.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
All the nation we worked with were whichever co-founders or executives, so the project was very high-touch. They were always very answering, useful, and implicated. We never had any hiccups.
Are there any areas they could better?
They’re a new organisation, so they didn’t have all the in-house resources we needed. They frequently had to outsource videography. Having those in-house resources would result in cheaper projects, but they always handled our briefs veritably well. We were satisfied or excited by all they delivered and we liked all the full they posted.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Let them be creative. We realized that we ended up with much better results when we let them take the lead on full. There were times that we didn’t individualally connect with full our followers responded well to. Be prescriptive in what you’re trying to execute, but let them find creative solutions for you.
