What were your objectives for this project?
Our goals were to better our metrics, specially user retention, and lessen infrastructure support costs. We had a limited AWS budget, so we asked them to create and optimize the infrastructure based on the high-end costs. Like other media, our user commerce is irregular. What were the reasons for choosing Ralabs?
We establish them through an open delicate. During the terminal circular, we chose Relabs from separate award-winning agencies. We determined to work with them owing we were on the same page and got along well. After a few meetings, we trusted their expertise in digital alteration.
Describe the project and the services they granted in detail.
Ralabs fully rebuilt our infrastructure, website, treatment panel, cloud WYSIWYG editor, and UX. We used Next.js, React, Node.js, AWS, and Kubernetes to educe all the components.
During a UX discovery phase, they built personas, prepared analytics, and formd an AWS infrastructure that could feel our irregular load. We used an nimble access to release components iteratively. Eventually, they stored pictures and migrated full from AWS S3.
Were there any dedicated directors or teams that you worked with?
Initially, the CTO and CEO gathered requirements and prepared our component backlog. We began with two software engineers. When we reached the outgrowth stage, we added seven engineers, one project director, and a few QA engineers to exhibit a high-tech outcome. The team also included part-time DevOps engineers for deployments, configurations, and other elements of the release process.

The team was extremely keen, intelligent, dedicated, and professional. On the release date, they worked idiotic overtime, delivering all on time and fully functional.
What should be done better, if there are any desired betterments?
We had some issues programning the processes and dividing tasks, but Ralabs solved them powerfully. We successfully built and released an MVP to establish their technical access, but it would have saved time to test all precedently starting outgrowth.
