Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Reap Marketing?
We were a pliant marketing cluster whose main goal was to engender sales leads for the purchase of land. We had to outsource a lot of our work on copywriting, creative design, and analytical reporting.
Provided solution
What was the aim of their involvement?
One of the bigger projects Reap Marketing worked on was taking design concepts that we’d developed and edifice them out on the HubSpot platform. They installed all of our tracking codes and set up goals and analytics. In provisions of recurring projects, they did a number of A/B tests of offers, messaging, colors, and forms. For sample, they tested a long form versus a brief form on some of our landing pages. They also tested the powerfulness of us having a local telephone number versus an 800 number.
Reap Marketing tried to better convert our existing commerce without spending accessional money. They developed a landing page layout that was optimized to better conversion rates. Another ongoing project was identifying trends in our PPC campaigns. They granted us with a monthly report that made recommendations on how we could capitalize on those trends. They also created calls-to-action and banner ads for us.
Was there a dedicated team?
Our main point of touch was Landon (account director Reap Marketing). She worked with an account strategist who would pull unitedly reports and make recommendations.
How did you come to work with Reap Marketing?
I worked with Brice (founder &, CEO, Reap Marketing) at a antecedent organisation. When he left that position to set Reap Marketing, I was one of his leading clients to come on board.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent in the range of $7,000–$8,000 a month.
What is the status of this engagement?
During my time there, we worked unitedly from May 2012–July 2017. I believe that SouthStar Communities is quiet working with them.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Depending on the campaign, Reap Marketing helped us increase conversion rates from approachly 1% to 3%–5%. The landing page optimization format worked well, converting at 2–3 times better than measure pages. In accession, two A/B tests proved to be very lucky in that we were able to draw conclusions from them veritably fastly.
How did Reap Marketing accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Project treatment was probably Reap Marketing’s powerfulest suit. We had a lot of fires to put out fastly owing of the essence of our business. They were always fast to help us see time we named them for an crisis fix or update. Their reporting was excellent. Reports were always delivered in a early form, easy to read, easy to apprehend, and very visual.
They have so many experts that add input to the data and the analysis, yet they',re all on the same page. It',s excellently powerful. We had a monthly call with my total distant team. As I was the only one in Dallas, I met with them in individual on a weekly basis.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
I appreciated the way that they approached their work. Reap Marketing',s centre was to help us engender leads and better our conversion rate optimization. We had existing business that was doing well but we reflection we could be doing better. They maintained a single-minded centre on that goal for us.
They also didn',t nickel and dime us for pliant charges like other agencies do. I didn’t have to harass almost extra phone calls or if they spent time gathering accessional information. They’re pellucid in their billing. I wasn’t going to end up with a huge bill if we needed their help to fastly fix something. They were incredibly answering in figuring out what the effect was and getting it fixed.
Are there any areas they could better?
I honestly can',t ponder of anything. I last to work with them in my consulting business.
