I’m the CEO of a behavioral health organisation that offers a digital platform for professional preparers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Revelry?
We needed help edifice our web-based digital platform.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We began off by working collaboratively on wireframes and designs. From there, they built the platform from scratch using Elixer. They built a network that allowed users to create profiles that displayed their efforts, connect with each other, interaction each other, and prepare outer referrals. We used Twilio for inner messaging.
Was there a dedicated team?
Initially, we were working with two full-time developers, a part-time UX professional, and an constructor. Now, we have three additional developers working with us as well. One of their team members serves as a project director.
How did you come to work with Revelry?
A helper of mine referred them to me behind working with them himself. Additionally, the head of Revelry was his CTO many years ago.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent almost $600,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We leading occupied with them in March 2019, and the project is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We’re working in a uniform, iterative process with them. At this point, we have 450 clinicians on the platform and are ramping up more starting in January 2020. User feedback has been real, and we’ve been working with Revelry to make the changes that need to befall.
How did Revelry accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re answering and prioritize well. Additionally, their team was able to apprehend our business and ROI concepts. That allowed us to have a more streamlined, efficient union. We adjoin using ZenHub and Slack in our day-to-day operations.
Otherwise, we have bi-weekly Zoom calls and bi-monthly in-person meetings. If something pops up that needs to be urgently addressed, we’ll hop on a Zoom call as well.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They’ve built hard, structured systems and workflow. Their team does all they can to be pellucid with their processes.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
We have separate developers changing over throughout the outgrowth of our project. All of their team members have different talents. One of their UX professionals seemed to want more design responsibilities than appropriate, but we were able to work through that unitedly. As a associate in business, they’re a fantastic team.
