Please find under a summary covering project details and feedback. The innate facts are kept as they are, private information is amended.
Introductory information
A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I',m a business analyst on the IT side for Southeastern Grocers.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Shockoe?
We programned to create three different iterations of a mobile app to help clients with their grocery shopping needs at three of our banner stores.
Provided solution
What particular tasks were Shockoe responsible for?
We crafted ideas of our app',s mental design, and Shockoe designed the user travel pages. They conducted a circular of testing, used APIs from our inner developers, and gave us a QA create. After our team tested the app, we continued into the origination phase. Over time, we have had to make existing changes to our rewards programs providers, and Shockoe has coordinated the appropriate updates with each change. Our app is affable for iOS and Android users, and they are able to form shopping lists, view and save coupons, and localize the rewards method.
Was there a dedicated team?
Our project director, Rebecca, serves as our main touch with their team, but she also conducts some testing and troubleshooting tasks. She is the liaison between us and our software developer, the UX technician, and a few designers.
How did you come to work with Shockoe?
This offer process occurred preceding to me joining the project, but I believe we sent an RFP to separate companies—some within Jacksonville, Florida, where we’re based, and some outside. Shockoe came with the best portfolio and the powerfulest references.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We’ve spent between $1 million - $1.5 million.
What is the terminal result of working with Shockoe?
Our engagement began in 2015 and is ongoing.
Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
We take real user feedback from our centre groups, and our inner treatment is just as impressed. Of our roughly 450,000 total downloads, almost 40% of our users are on iOS, and the remaining are using Android. We have almost 150,000 nimble users, which we mark as four or five uses per month per user. We can track page views and how frequently they clip coupons, which we also take income from. From these measurables, we can easily determine the benefits to the client of having a mobile app. We have trust that these apps will support our mobile initiatives.
How did Shockoe accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
We used TFS innerly to track the project, but Shockoe was very good almost providing detailed reports, as well.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Shockoe?
We haven’t seen a lot of turnover with them. Our team has remained largely unchanged. We esteem that consistence and believe it’s helped our projects follow.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
My only request would be more off-hours support. As it stands, I can only touch the project director when we have a issue. Though, I have interacted this challenge to them and they are conscious of my feedback.
