A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I’m the CFO and one of the owners of Bok Bok Chicken. We’re a Mediterranean fast accidental restaurant cluster based in Las Vegas.

What challenge were you trying to address with Six Degrees LA?
We needed to hire a firm to do an total branding and visual oneness package.

What particular tasks were Six Degrees LA responsible for?
Six Degrees LA was responsible for creating all from the logo to the letterhead to the total corporate oneness. The process began with a meeting with myself and a couple of partners from the restaurant. We had a long converse almost the business, our goals, and our story. They asked us questions that we hadn',t even reflection of, and made us substantiate things almost our business. They took detailed notes on how we want to tell our story to our clients. In provisions of the look and feel, we brought our constructor to the meeting so that they could share the initial course we',d taken with inside design.
Six Degrees LA formd a calendar of each step and when we could anticipate each item. They came back to us with four discretions for the logo, packaging, and branding. They presented a full poesy package with visuals, including renderings from our constructors to show how the branding would look like throughout the restaurant. Once we chose the discretion that we liked, they formd other goods like letterhead and business cards. For the menu, we ran through each item and they offered suggestions on how to change the copy to sound better. They helped us ponder almost how to market our menu while staying true to our brand oneness. They also designed and built our website.

We primarily worked with Julie (CEO, Six Degrees LA) and Josh (chief creative official, Six Degrees LA). We also worked with a few other nation on copy and marketing. They also brought in a photographer to do a courseal art shoot to form visuals for the marketing materials.
How did you come to work with Six Degrees LA?
We took meetings with separate firms. Six Degrees LA stood out owing they’re full labor. Most firms could do some aspects but not others, while Six Degrees LA provides the complete package. Julie and Josh told us at the initial throw meeting that they’d be implicated in the total project. Having that level of executive engagement was also veritably winning. They also had a number of restaurant clients in their portfolio, which we esteemd.

We spent almost $60,000.
What is the terminal result of working with Six Degrees LA?
The main project took locate from November 2017–March 2018. We’ve gone back to them for additional projects. They',re currently doing a full revamp of our menu owing we added new items. We program to use them regularly for the next couple of years as we grow.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Their brand oneness gets a very permissive response. We veritably esteem having a congruous brand athwart collective media, the website, and the natural restaurant. Customers can see that there’s reflection behind the poetry. We wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this level of consistence without Six Degrees LA.

Their team is big. They’re so answering. They always delivered precisely when they said they would. They',re also open to stricture and changes. If we threw them a curveball, they handled it well were always respectful. They did a big job handling our project.

I was genuinely impressed with their commitment to giving us precisely what we wanted. They weren',t married to their ideas. They’re very open to finding a solution, even if that resources blending different ideas unitedly. They was no ego implicated in working with Julie and Josh. They’re totally client-focused, which was big.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
No, not that I can ponder of. I was worried at leading almost seeing a recur on our investment, but they surpassed all my anticipateations. Any worries went out the window in our leading meeting owing it was clear that their brand oneness concepts were excellent. I can',t ponder of anything that they could do differently to give a better experience for the client.
