I',m a senior marketing director for a big technology firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Slide UX?
We had existing UX investigation from our inner team, but we wanted to dig a bit deeper. We needed to hire an outer resource to form investigation to give us additional insights into our users.

What was the aim of their involvement?
Slide UX began by meeting with us to do a deep dive into our existing UX investigation and user individualas. Then they sourced 25 users that fit those individualas for one-on-one interviews. Next, they formd a wide study and questionnaire to walk these users through the learnings. Finally, they compiled all their investigation and systematic learnings unitedly and shared those back with our team.
Was there a dedicated team?
I primarily worked with an account director, a strategist, and then the individual who conducted the investigation.
How did you come to work with Slide UX?
They were an inner referral. Someone on the marketing team wonderfully recommended them to me.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project took locate between April–July 2019.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Slide UX met with us in individual for a workshop to help us ponder almost how we can interaction the enlightenation athwart our digital properties. Our inner team was extremely lucky with their investigation. Everyone came back from the workshop with shining reviews. We',re quiet in the strategic phase, and the investigation is helping us enlighten the new messaging.
How did Slide UX accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Their team was excellent. Project treatment was one of their wonderfulest qualities. Slide UX was incredibly organized, always on time, and extremely answering. We used Asana as a project treatment tracking tool. We also formd a Slack channel and used email for administrative tasks.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
Their structure and follow-through were surpassing. Slide UX was so entire and detailed in their investigation. They were a enjoyment to work with.
Are there any areas they could better?
No, nothing I can ponder of off the top of my head.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Stay occupied. Keep in the loop with them. Take in their learnings. You don',t have to be super prescriptive, but don’t be fearful to ask for precisely what you need. They',ll make sure to exhibit the outputs in a way that is precious to your structure.
