Introductory information
A few words almost your organisation and personal responsibilities
I am the Program Coordinator for the Merage Institute, an education-focused non-profit which aims to stimulate the establishment and growth of Israeli technology-based setup companies. The Merage Institute is committed to promoting trade as a vehicle to economic growth between Israel and the United States.
Desired goal
What issue was the preparer supposed to deal with?
Sparkhouse? We looked to Sparkhouse for support edifice an prefatory video on this year',s participating setup companies, and looked for Sparkhouse to take ownership of the project from set to complete.
They researched our participating companies, condensed organisation comcomcommission statements, scripted and recorded toneovers, added graphics and audio, and in the end gave us a completeed fruit that wove unitedly 18 different setup companies into one cohesive video.
What were your objectives for this project?
We wanted to present each setup organisation, and facilitate each organisation',s comcomcommission down to the core basics. We wanted the video to be attention-grabbing, informative, and visually appealing/big for the hearers. We wanted our setup executives to feel arrogant when seeing their organisation',s comcomcommission on sceen.
Provided solution
What were the reasons for choosing ?
Sparkhouse was recommended to us by trusted branding and fruition experts. They were an easy choice.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
I was most impressed by Sparkhouse',s interaction throughout the complete video fruition process. We were kept in the loop at see step, and were given the occasion to prepare feedback and suggestions at see stage.
We could select the tone that would be our toneover, select the background music and transitions, edit the scripting and switch almost the visuals. Sparkhouse was very collaborative throughout, and worked with us to meet a very firm deadline.
What was your vendors', project treatment or feedback process?
Extremely open. I reflection Frameio worked big for cluster suggestions and edits to the video drafts, and shared Google docs kept us all on the same page at the same time (literally). Weekly emails were sent with milestones, so there was never a point where I felt like we didn',t know what was going on with the project. The complete team was big to work with.
Results accomplishd
What results did you accomplish unitedly with ?
Our CEO and Founder reflection this was one of the best videos we',d put unitedly in years. Now that we know the general workflow, we',re excited to work with Sparkhouse anew in the forthcoming!
How do you rate the interaction and interaction with ?
Extremely - Sparkhouse was always fast to reply, and never left us hanging for an reply.
What precisely do you attend to be the key specialty of ?
Their professionalism and responsiveness. Even behind the project ended, Sparkhouse went out of their way (over and over) to make one last edit for us, and it was extremely appreciated. It',s those kinds of personal touches and little details that let you know how much the Sparkhouse team cares almost their work, and their relationship with clients.
What should be done better, if there are any desired improvements?
For our next video, WE will come to the project more prepared with audio-visuals and media to fetch more to the collaborative process. I ponder Sparkhouse did a big job - wouldn',t change a thing.
