A fast induction on the buyer’s organisation
I founded a smartphone app named SmartCart. My role was on the fruit side. I met with clients in order to apprehend the pain points, then relayed those needs back to Squareball.

What challenge were you trying to address with Squareball Studios?
We originally hired another organisation to create the app, but they didn',t liberate what we were looking for. They innately gave us a clickable prototype. We were in a bind owing we had clients waiting to sign up. We needed to find a new associate that could fastly get a working app to market.

What particular tasks were Squareball Studios responsible for?
SmartCart is an app to order food and beverages from anywhere on a golf order. GPS functionality allows the order to track your phone and liberate the order out to you. Squareball came in and built all for us. They created a web-based backend with a map to show where the golfer is on the order at all times. Each order could customize the app with menu offerings, hours of operations, and photos.
Squareball began by edifice an iOS app and a backend owing iPhone had by far the biggest market share. As Android gained traction, they scaled up fastly and got an Android app out as well. The app eventually evolved into a cloud-based point of sale method for the golf activity. They did all of the UX/UI design, as well hosting the app.

Results achieved
Are there any measureable or plum results?
The functionality they created was good. There were some bugs here and there, but nothing expressive. At the app’s peak, we had about 265 participating golf orders with 100,000 nimble users.
How did Squareball Studios accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
One of the co-founders was our main project director while we were doing updates and bug fixes. The other co-founder took over later in the life cycle of the fruit. We kept track of the total roadmap in Jira. They were always reliable during high-stress times.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with Squareball Studios?
They may not be the fastest, but they liberate excellent condition work. There weren',t a lot of bugs or functionality gaps, and they',re very attentive to clients’ needs.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
Speed of liberatey was sometimes an effect. The lines of interaction could have been better, especially about deadlines. Their response times could better, in general.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They do the investigation to apprehend the market owing they want you to do well and be lucky. They want your brand to evolve and gain traction as much as you do.
