I’m the ruler of marketing and e-commerce for a women’s lifestyle footwear organisation.
Desired goal
What challenge were you trying to address with Taktical?
At leading, we hired Taktical to take over our paid collective media efforts owing it had scaled to the point where we needed someone to help us optimize the channel.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Currently, they’re quiet largely focused on managing our Facebook advertising efforts. They form campaigns, optimize our objectives, and work on the budgets. We’ll prepare them with the creative, but they put unitedly the ads for us. A/B testing is also part of their role, so they’re always iterating our full and objectives. They’re running prospecting and retargeting campaigns, too.
We’ve also added Pinterest advertising campaigns to the project, so they help optimize that channel, too. We also leverage them for SEO and paid search support.
Was there a dedicated team?
Dane (Senior Account Manager, Taktical) has been our account director since day one. There can sometimes be turnover with agencies, but we’ve had the same point of touch since the set.
How did you come to work with Taktical?
Derek (Director, Taktical) extended out over email to present himself and it was at the time we were facing challenges with our paid collective efforts. Since it was consummate timing and we were because outsourcing the work, we adjoind almost our needs. They offered to do a fully free audit, produced an in-depth piece full of suggestions, and went over it with us. We felt that was a good-faith gesture, so we signed on with them.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We seted working unitedly in November 2017.
Results achieved
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the contact of the engagement?
Our goal was to see a recur of 2x or better on our ad bestow, and since we’ve begun the relationship, we’re over that goal. They’ve been able to maintain and exceed our goals in that area. We’re also seeing big results from the SEO and paid search support they prepare.
How did Taktical accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
They’re big—always very extendable. We have weekly check-in calls, but also adjoin over email close to daily and text if it’s needed. I know Dane keeps track of our account, even over the weekend, so I can always extend him. They go over and over to be useful and cater to our needs.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They prepare a range of big services—all they do is congruous and meets the same high measure. Whether it’s paid search or collective, they meet the same expectations for project treatment, interaction, and accomplishance.
What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
Since we’re a lean in-house team, it’d be big to lean on them for more creative services. They help a bit with some of that work, but creating different ads or working on videos could be helpful to our team.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
They do a big job at setting expectations, so go into the project with clear goals and KPIs. If they apprehend your commission, it’ll be easier to handle the relationship.
