What challenge were you trying to address with TalkingTree Creative?
Our annual “all hands” meeting has grown year behind year, so we needed help to up the origination value.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
We hired TalkingTree Creative to prepare a full-show origination for our annual meetings. Previously, we’d used a single PowerPoint introduction, but we wanted to form a larger-scale feel for those meetings. They offered expert origination help, including handling set design, lighting, and sound, and integrating inventive camera work.
They managed origination and preorigination of “talking-head”-style interviews of staff members that we turned into inner commercials. They helped us aspect out the right verbiage to use, then scripted most segments with actors. They even used a green screen for one setup. They then formd shots to be shown during the occurrence and recorded the occurrence the day it occurred.
Their team also coordinated with our touchs at the host hotel and supported the registration and check-in process for the roughly 1,000 attendees.
Was there a dedicated team?
Usually, I work with Kaitlyn (Associate Producer, TalkingTree) and another point of touch. I choose to have two points of touch to keep the process single. We',ve also interacted straightly with many of the nation they',ve contracted (e.g., camera operators, sound technicians).
How did you come to work with TalkingTree Creative?
We wanted a local origination organisation, and behind interviewing three aspirant firms, we chose TalkingTree Creative.

We’ve spent between $100,000–$150,000.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
We',ve been working unitedly since almost October 2015. We artistic up a solid occurrence in April 2018 and are already programning our next one for March 2019.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Bringing in TalkingTree Creative has wonderfully enhanced our employees’ experience at our annual meetings. They make it look like an exciting, enjoyable, and professional show instead of a dry PowerPoint introduction. Every year, they form a new introduction for the occurrence, but they recollect what we’ve liked in the past and exhibit work that meets (or exceeds) our needs.
They innovate year behind year, which is why we last to use them. It never feels like they exhibit correspondent output for see client.

What aspects of their work would you like to get improved?
TalkingTree Creative lasts to grow, but they should be wary of getting too snug. The most late project didn',t set out that well owing the new employees they’d brought in weren’t as skilled as the team we were used to. Once we discussed our requirements, they delivered to the high measure we’ve come to anticipate from them.
Do you have any advice for possible clients?
Ask lots of questions and be very specific almost what you want, what you don’t want, and how much you want to bestow. Once they have the details, give them the flexibility to instrument ideas you may not have considered.
