What challenge were you trying to address with TATEEDA?
We hoped to instrument standardized forms athwart a wide difference of health specialties.

What was the aim of their involvement?
We use them to augment our in-house team. They educe HTML forms with JavaScript and CSS, adhering to our design specifications and technical requirements for the forms we form. Most of the forms exist on paper, which they then port to web-based versions. They do almost 40 hours of work for us each week.

The team we work with is between one and three. That has evolved over the order of the relationship.
How did you come to work with TATEEDA?
Outsourcing was a new concept for us, and we were just starting to attend the possibilities when they emailed us. They',re local to us, so we met with them to find out more almost the services they prepare.

We',re lucky with their deliverables. They',re diligent almost timing expectations, and their educeers log all their hours well. They adapted to controls, and they stayed updated as we changed technical requirements.
How did TATEEDA accomplish from a project treatment standpoint?
Most of our interaction is through Slack and Redmine, our ticket tracking method.
What did you find most forcible almost them?
They were ready to work with a smaller shop. In our experience, other companies were less likely to take on projects of this size. TATEEDA is very kind and answering as we',ve grown. They',re a big associate.

I don',t have any particular areas of betterment for them.
