Picking up a pencil and sketchbook at the age of three Redmond Lagmans imaginative genius began early in life. Drawing cartoons portraits and artworks Redmonds path to heading TMEGs creative marketing platform gained traction as he pursued his Bachelors in Graphic Design. Graduating from the Art Institute of Las Vegas in 2013 Redmond went on to develop visuals for Caesars Entertainment Eli Lilly and Company and The Light Group before arriving at TMEG. Redmonds innovativeness shines as his lifelong skills generate exciting illustrations for TMEG Productions.

Nearing 15 years as a visionary in musical and artistic endeavors Stefanos mentorship with renowned producer Richard Niles has developed the foundation with which he builds TMEGs aspirations on. During moments of relaxation Stefano enjoys composing music researching philosophical ideals camping and playing sports when not manifesting TMEGs impactful ideas into life.
Beginning in the Sunshine state Jonathan Parker started his mission towards the entertainment industry by building million dollar stages for renowned organizations like Electric Daisy Carnival and Ultra Music Festival. Realizing his passion Jonathan went on to graduate from the University of Florida with his Bachelors in Event Marketing. Upon relocating to Nevada his desire to succeed fueled additional management contracts with Punk Rock Bowling Reggae in the Desert and EDC Las Vegas. In support of his enthusiasm Jonathan enjoys producing EDM attending concerts and studying music law.
As TMEGs Sommelier Renato Lebron brings over forty years of knowledge and wisdom in fine wines amp; spirits. Spending his youth as a tour guide for the famed Napa Valley Winery Mondavi Renato took in the sights tastes and aromas of some of the best wines in the country. Growing his passion Renato has achieved the status of a Certified Wine Specialist (CWS) and gained certifications for Coffee Tea Wine Cheese Whiskey and Chocolate. His extensive background gives TMEG the ability to host tastings educational seminars culinary courses and team building sessions for clients to appreciate lifes finer indulgences.
Raised on the ruff streets of Compton Holly learned early the importance of identifying potential trespassers especially mailmen. After graduating top of her class from K9 University with a Masters in Barketing Hollys watchdog attitude propelled her to protectional services for Snoop Dogg Meatloaf and Woofgang Puck.
