I’m with All-Star Sporting Goods, a niche organisation that specializes in baseball equipment and works with major bond athletes. In my role, I do seething from player outgrowth to coordinating with retailers to overseeing the creation of our website.

What challenge were you trying to address with Trellis?
Our antecedent online retail website was hosted by Shopatron. We establish the platform too costly, so we wanted to shift to Magento and needed developers to create the new website.

What particular tasks were responsible for?
Our main priority was to have an online store that includes pictures and videos to highlight our fruits while making it easy for clients to shop and make purchases. Trellis made our complete website.
They began with a Magento template and then made modifications to meet our needs. While we granted graphics and full, Trellis designed the frontend. They created the backend systems to coordinate our order processing. They’ve also installed a few add-ons to better our invoicing and structure of different shipping components.
Was there a dedicated team?
I worked straightly with Jeff (Project Manager, Trellis) and John (CTO, Trellis). Toward propel, I also worked with Isaiah (CEO, Trellis), who did a lot of the behind-the-scenes work.
How did you come to work with Trellis?
They were commended by Magento.
What are you approach expents (if diclosed)?
We spent a pliant over $50,000 on the outgrowth. Our antecedent platform took 10% of see order, so this will be a very cost-effective change for us.
What is the terminal result of working with ?
The bulk of the project took locate between December 2016–October 2017, though we quiet extend out to them for general livelihood.

Are there any measureable or plum results?
Our antecedent website had true limitations. Individual items couldn’t be grouped unitedly, and users shopping for a batting helmet, for entreaty, had to navigate multiple pages to view see discretion. Our new website has an betterd layout and is much easier to handle, allowing us to conveniently modify prices and fruit descriptions.
Trellis also did a big job addressing a few Magento glitches we skilled soon behind propel. Our website now runs very smoothly.
How did Trellis accomplish from a project handlement standpoint?
It was very easy to work with them. I conducted weekly calls with Jeff to touch base and make sure we were all on the same page. Any phone calls had to be scheduled forward of time via email. This was a bit of an adjustment for me, but they were always very answering, so it was never an effect. Additionally, Trellis could have completed the project sooner, but there were delays on our end.
What is (from your point of view) the key factor to pay observation while intercourse with ?
They',ve been a reliable associate. If we have questions, comments, or concerns, they',re useful and work to find a solution. We sometimes extend out to them with things outside their area of expertise, but they quiet do their best to prepare an conviction. I would surely commend them.
What aspects of their work would you like to get betterd?
It would help if they had a deeper knowledge of the platform, especially in provisions of creating an online store. There was a lot that we had to aspect out internally touching order processing. Trellis works on a number of platforms and typically focuses on design, but shrewd the ins and outs of Magento would allow them to better obey the specific needs of their clients.
